We have lots of things to around our area, some the places include:
The Big Golden lake tour – On a boat touring a beautiful lake and stopping off at several locations viewing waterfalls, caves, temples, shows etc. Costs around 160 RMB.

How much cash should I take?
£50 per week is plenty to cover everything you will need.
How Do I get there?
You need to fly into Wuyishan airport where we will pick you up and transfer you to the school. Return transfer is not included (unless you ask us at the time of booking) but is easily arranged locally. We do not include this as standard because many people like to do some onward travel after the training.
You might also want to get a train from Shanghai to Sanming city (1.5 hours from the school) and we will pick you up there.
We can advise but you need to arrange your own Visa, this is actually very straight forward, and all information will be in the predeparture pack yopu will receive afer booking. If you are staying for 3 months or less then we recommend you to go directly to your local Chinese Embassy and ask for a 3 month tourist Visa.

The fitter you are the faster you advance but a moderate level of fitness is ok, not completly out of shape but not mega fit either.
