A 5 minute walk from Sairee beach and the buzzing nightlife you find your brand new beautiful, clean, safe and laid back home from home. Our resort has big clean rooms, and is the ultimate place to chill.  Good beds, TV, fan and a balcony. Your room will be cleaned whenever you want.

There is also a pool with loungers, internet and a great restaurant. Whatever course you take you will not be further than a 10 minute walk away from your room. The restaurant serves excellent western and Thai food.
The bar is the place where people meet to discuss the days adventures and the nights plans of mischief!

A quick beer or a longer chat with an Xtreme Gapper or someone you just met (possibly Max the resident bar dog). But don't blame us if you end up the night downing a bucket of Thai whiskey.

A few minutes walk through Sairee beach will have you on a long picturesque beach, dotted with cool beach bars set under coconut trees. Venture a few steps further and you will be surrounded by an abundance of tropical fish curiously checking out your toes, with a stunning tropical island paradise for a backdrop.

Our accommodation is one of the few places on the island with a swimming pool, which in 30 degrees heat is a god send after training. Your room, big and comfortable, will have an en-suite and there is a maid service. There is a laundry service (approx €1 per big bag load) as well. Linen and towels are provided.
