"This was so amazing, I've never had more fun in a hostel in my life! The staff were very helpful and infomative, and every night they had the best activities you could join in. Awesome way of meeting new people and just having an amazing time in general. It was a blast...thanks guys for an amazing experience. I would of stayed longer if I could!

There are many young people in this hostel and sometimes they can be a little noisy but this is minimal. Overall, I find this a really nice place to stay at Queenstown.

I enjoyed staying here; the place is professionally run and is the best hostel/back-packers I've stayed in anywhere. Location could not be better, the facilities were great, excellent value.
Happily recommend it  to my friends.

Maybe those who would write review about noise being an issue should avoid a hostel in the future. I was in ZQN to party and this place ticked that box... So maybe not for everyone.

The Bungy/Bungee reviews:

This is the maddest, craziest, scariest thing I have ever done, I couldn't believe my eyes when AJ just took off at the word go!! A whole lot of profanities escaped his lips unawares once he took off and I heaved a sigh that after all I had married a normal person! ;) Ofcourse when my turn came I just refused to take off, my lack of skills in swimming only aggravating my fear of the free fall! However the AJ Hackett Team was awesome, they did a great job of being patient with me and finally coaxed me into jumping off the bridge! :D

Definitely a rush and they are lovely people - whether you're the wild ready to go kind or the timid kind (I was the later one). Great view and their safety precautions have won awards not to mention it was started by the infamous bungyman AJ Hackett.

If you are into adventure skip everything else and go straight to the "Nevis", the 2nd largest bungy in the world. At a wopping 134M (440ft) at the top its truly only for the brave. Don't pass up the opportunity, not only does it earn you bragging rights but if live with fears this will definetely rid you of those fears if you can make yourself jump. The 8.5 second free fall left me speechless, its the most amazing feeling! They have a 100% safety record so there is nothing to worry about, don't miss out!

The Skydive Reviews:

Words can never describe your experience when you find yourself floating on a cushion of air with some truly breathtaking sights right below you!!!!

All I can say is....Don't ever miss this out-of-the-world opportunity!!
Nzone are a fantastic, well run company. Always felt safe, staff are amazing, video and photo package are well worth the money! Nicki was a great Tandem Instructor. The jump itself is the most amazing experience! I'm terrified of heights but found the whole experience not that scary! Just pure fun! The views are amazing with the town, lake and snowcapped mountains to take your breath away... if for no other reason, this view is why you should skydive in Queenstown!

Had an amazing skydive with Nzone in August. Did the 15000ft, which is definitely the best one! The free fall seemed to last ages, which was great and the views were stunning. The they really look after you and my jump master Greg was fantastic, calmed all the nerves! Highly recommend it, you can't go to Queenstown and not do a skydive!!

The jet boating reviews:

Great to experience. Went on it twice and just got better. Just another tic in the" must do before I die" box. Not cheap at all, but what in life is.............

First time visit to Queenstown and thoroughly enjoyed the Shotover Jet ... There's a shuttle bus from the town centre to the river. Prepare yourself for breathtaking speed, close encounters with canyon sides and 360 degree spins ... Great fun!

We had such a great time on the shot over jet boat ride, and would love to do it again.... And again! The crew are all very professional and very courteous. Our pilot was amazing, such a great character! You would have to be difficult to please if you don't laugh with terror as the boat cuts within inches of the river bank and spins on a dime! Would def. Recommend this trip!

the shotover Canyon Reviews:

Good organisation. Friendly people! Makes the activity fun even when you are close to the edge!

Totally amazing experience. I never thought I would jump off the side of a cliff, but I did it!! I ha an adrenaline rush for about an hour afterwards. The staff were really supportive and made the experience fun. If you do it, make sure that you get the DVD. Totally worth the money.

Brilliant experience all of the way. The staff pick you up from the office where you can watch videos of previous people and this is also supported by a video on route in the bus.... you have to decide which method to launch. On watching the videos I decided on one where i was in control myself so as not to be beholden to the mad hatters who look after you.... great idea if you can get your legs to jump. The thrill is immense, you have no idea of when you stop falling and when you swing it is just pure fear....... the feeling after doing it was great, with wobbly legs you come back up, to be asked if you want to do it again - no thank you, once was enough...... best adrenelin rush on my 5 week holiday

This was so fun and I screamed the whole way down, I did backwards and gimpboy goes to hollwood style and were both very scary! I love that the guys joke around with you alot and that makes it hilarious/scary at the same time. I found this scarier than the Nevis bungy simply because the guys mess with your head before you jump lol, not just 3, 2, 1 go.
