The itinerary is split by the week and in this order:
Arriving on the Sunday you will be picked up from the airport and taken to your accommodation, settle in and get ready to start training first thing on Monday Morning and introduced the the fitness camp trainers by our Rep.
You will be training at the camp Monday to Saturday which involves:
Training is optional, you do not have to join every class, totally up to you do as little or as much as you like!
This week you will be hitting some impressive beaches and partying until you drop in some of Thailands most beautiful destinations.
On Sunday Morning you will transfer by bus and boat to Phi Phi Don. The transfer takes about 3 hours and you will arrive around lunch time. Our Rep will meet you and take you to leave your bags in storage (pack a day bag with things needed for the camping trip). You will have ample time to grab some lunch and hit the beaches, before meeting back at the lemongrass restaurant at 3pm.
You will be transferred to Maya bay (AKA The beach!) getting there at 4pm as the last of the boats leave. Time for a snorkel and swim in the crystal clear waters then you hit the beach for the night. Parties, fire shows and dinner follow.
In the morning you will have a cooked breakfast and tea and coffee with a bit of time to enjoy the serenity of the beach, before transferring back to Phi Phi Don, stopping off to play with the cheeky monkeys at monkey beach enroute.
Then you will be taken to your accommodation where you can shower and follow your own schedule for the next 2 nights until you will depart Phi Phi for your Undiscovered Thailand trip.
There is plenty to do on Phi Phi, with loads of bars restuarants and 2 very nice beaches.
Visiting a Tiger Temple (with no tigers! It is just a name!) this is one of Southern Thailand’s most famous and interesting forest temples. Monks live, meditate and worship within a maze of natural caves in a Jungle Valley. You can explore the many temples and climb the 1,237 steps to visit "the footprint of Buddha” embedded in the rock in the temple on top of the mountain. You will experience the most spectacular views of Krabi. If you are not up to the climb there are many temples and a circular walk through pockets of rainforest and caves where monks live and mediate. There are monkeys galore so hold on to your cameras and bags.
Whilst you are on our tour you will visit selected local restaurants that offer delicious Thai food in places that you as a first time tourist would never dare to venture. I have discovered them by going to them with my Thai family and friends. Usually I am the only foreigner in them. You will get to sample rice soups, yum cha, fresh seafood and curries. You have to taste them to believe them and once you have been with us you will want to come back and eat again for sure.
The prices are cheap and the food to die for.
The original elephant trekking operator in Krabi has received numerous awards and is committed to the humane treatment of the elephants. Take a trek through the jungle where there is permanent shade and abundant water all rear round. After your ride you can swim in the clean running river.
Visit another of Krabi’s beautiful National Parks some 45k out of Krabi town immerse yourself in the numerous hot springs that average 40 degrees centigrade. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings in a shady forest area. When it gets too hot, jump into the river to cool down.
We then take a short drive to the Crystal pools. You can trek through the rainforest and natural habitat and swim on the beautiful crystal clear pools of turquoise colours which change with the sun and cloud cover.
Chill day in Krabi. Today you get to relax in Krabi, check out the town and recover after your adventures in Tonsai. Saturday will be a travel day so you can stock up supplies before your trip.
On arrival on the Tropical Island Koh Tao, we will take you out for a nice meal and introduce you to the island. We will show you where you can go out, where the super markets are, whet the nice places to eat are, where you can buy your Thai sim card and where you can use internet.
Living on this paradise island will not be boring! You have the option to join in on the following options:
So you can choose one of the options above AND we also include the Koh Tao Adventures!

This is one of the most highly rated activities! Rappelling down from the legendary 'Fraggle Rock' viewpoint .
What goes up must come down... The Xtreme way. Fraggle rock is infamous in Koh Tao for providing great views of the jungle, sea and island.
Who do you think you are? James Bond? You will do. Our speed boat "appropriately named Hair of the dog" will blast you through the waters of Koh Tao to some awesome beaches for some snorkling. You may or may not see a Whaleshark - but we did when we shot the promo video!

The Discover Scuba course is the first taste of what it is like to Scuba dive, while this is not a formal diving qualification, it is enough to get you underwater with a tank and an instructor to check out the marine life in Koh Tao. You will be trained in the basics and taken to 2 different dive sites. You will be taken to a maximum depth of 12 metres. If you would like to upgrade this package to an Open Water Course please state on your booking form (this costs €175/£175extra)
