Sitting at breakfast on the Inca Trail overlooking the Andes - it was the perfect breakfast on a perfect trip!

All the companies and guides emphasized the importance of benefiting the environment and local people. The local guides we had were exceptional in terms of knowledge and service.

It was Excellent! Doing the Inca Trail was a spiritual experience. Our guide, Wilo went out of his way to point out orchids, great photography spots and had fantastic knowledge of the history of the area. He displayed a real pride in his heritage. The biolodge in the Amazon was incredible - we saw some beautiful animals (about 20 Macaws on a claylick one morning). We definitely want to return one day.
