Itinerary

Day 1. We will pick you up at the Lima international airport and bring you to the hostel of your choice. Then we will take you on a tour that will visit the most interesting sites of Lima

Day 2. We will take you on a city tour that will visit the most interesting sites of Lima. In the afternoon you can walk around the historic city center

Day 3. You will first take a bus to Paracas where you will do the spectacular Ballestas Island tour where you can see some amazing marine life. Then you will take a bus to Huacachina where you will be extremely fun Sand boarding activity. In the afternoon you will take a bus to Nazca

Day 4. We will take you to an impressive archaeological sites known as Cahuachi Pyramids. You will be able to see ancient artifacts and skeletons that were found on this site

Day 5. You will take a bus from Lima to Nazca. Then you will fly over the world famous and simply breath-taking Nazca lines. Then you will continue on to Arequipa

Day 6. We will do a city tour of Arequipa visiting all the most important sites of this colonial city

Day 7. Early departure to the Colca Canyon to see the spectacular Misti and Chachani volcanoes on the way. Drive across Pampa  Canahuas, within the Aguada Blanca National Reserve. Arrival to the Town of Chivay. In the afternoon free time to visit Hot Spring Thermal and Medicinal Baths.

Day 8. Morning tour to stop at Cruz del Condor, where you can observe the beauty of
one of the deepest canyons in the world. Also we visit the towns of Maca and Yanque to appreciate their traditional culture.
At afternoon return to Arequipa.

Day 9. You will take a bus from Arequipa to Puno and see the breathtaking Andean Mountain Range.

Day 10. Full-day motor-boat excursion on Lake Titicaca to explore the unique floating islands of the Uros. We will then bring you to the island of Amantani where you will sleep with a local family.

Day 11. After breakfast you will make your way to the unique Island of Taquile, where time appears to have stopped. In the afternoon we will drop you off in Puno and transfer you to your hostel.

Day 12. Early departure in touristic bus Inkaexpress to Cusco (07:20am). Full day journey from Puno to Cusco by bus. Prepare to enjoy views of Andean landscapes spotted with little villages and herds of llamas and alpacas on the way to the Puno city –Titicaca Lake. On the way, visit the the Temple of Raqchi, a spectacular energetic sanctuary dedicated to the Creator God Wiracocha, Pukara and Andahuaylillas, a picturesque colonial village. Evening arrival 17:30 to Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Day 13.  You will do a tour of the beautiful city of Cusco and visit its most amazing sites

Day 14. Cusco – Llulluchapampa
In the morning we will be transfer to the km 82, place where we will initiate our trek. First we need to register in a government control and across the bridge we will begin to walk to Llactapata, the first archaeological place of importance and chosen to have lunch. Continue the trek to our first camp called Llullchapampa.

Day 15. Llulluchapampa - Chaquicocha
Today we will raise to the highly pass of our route called Warmihuañusca, over 4,200 meters. And it`s the place to see the beauty of the snow-capped peaks and mountains that surround us. Later to continue our trek to Pacaymayu complex and Chaquicocha, where our second camp waits for us.

Day 16. Chaquicocha – Wiñaywayna
After our breakfast, we begin the trek to Runkuraqay archaeological complex, place where we will see Inca constructions mixed with the natural environment of the zone. Continuing towards Sayacmarca we will enjoy the changes of the geography and the climate of the mountain to the upper jungle. In this distance the archaeological complex of Phuyupatamarca, close to Wiñaywayna, where after the Dinner, we will spend the night.

Day 17. Wiñaywayna – Machupicchu
Woken up very early and after the breakfast we will continue our tour towards Intipunku where we will wait for the sunrise and the panoramic sight of Machupicchu's Citadel. Later we continue towards the goal: Machupicchu. Already in the citadel we will have a tour and the time to hike the mountain of Waynapicchu.
At afternoon return to Cusco by backpacker train.

Day 18. This day is for you to just relax and take in the amazing atmosphere of Cusco.

Day 19. We will pick you up from your hostel and bring you to Cusco Airport or onward travel.
