Getting to Australia

Staying longer with a Working holiday Visa
If you are looking to stay longer and get a working holiday visa, take into account a round the world ticket will expire 12 months from the first flights departure. Therefore if you wish to take full advantage of a working holiday visa (and remember you can only get this once in your lifetime), a round the world ticket may not be for you. You may just want a single there with enough funds to get you back (Australian law says you must have proof of at least 2000 in your bank account, it can be wise to take a bank statement showing this).
Tip: January is a great time of year to look for bargains airfares.
We have a dedicated travel team at the flight centre who can find you the lowest prices tickets guaranteed.
