The Fitness EquipmentThe gym at the fitness training camp includes all you need to work on strength and conditioning training: hammerstrength benches, curl bench and bar, incline, squat rack, sit-up benches, 3 racks of dumbbells, stationary bikes, Nautilus machine with pill down, seated row, leg press, and 4 full sets of kettle bells which are highly regarded for hardcore weightlifting workouts and plenty of plate weights to accommodate several weight-lifters at same time. The equipment was brand new in 2010, costing over $20,000, you will be hard pushed to find a better place to train. Yoga training The training is pretty intensive and working out everyday takes a toll on your body. For this reason we include Yoga. Monday to Friday sees a one hour session of relaxation and meditation. The Yoga session is beneficial to the flexibility of you joints, tendons, and muscles and helps prevent injury during training.It doesn't matter if you are a novice or experienced in Yoga you can take part. Meal Plan We have also included a Meal plan to benefit your training. There is a choice of the Thai dishes that rotate through the menu or order from our healthy menu that includes vegan/vegetarian/raw dishes and foods like grilled, BBQ, herb and curried chicken (no oil), salmon and other seafood, soup of the day (vegetarian), bean salads, red/brown rice, steamed vegetables, mung bean and other green shakes, etc. Each meal comes with fruit, water and coffee or tea. There is also usually a daily special our chef puts together in the afternoon. ![]() AccommodationThe Fitness boot camp offers a range of accommodation depending upon your budget. We have standard bungalows, and Thai-style fitness rooms available and high end luxury bungalows with pool at the fitness boot camp.All rooms rooms all have have air-conditioning or fan, TV/DVD/Cable, Wi-Fi internet, large beds and hot water bathrooms. Standard Rooms: These rooms are located on the campus. Each room has a single bed, fan, dresser, small fridge, TV/cable, DVD, and wifi internet. There is a shared bathroom facility which is clean and has toilets, a hot and cold shower and dressing areas located next to the rooms En-suite Rooms The en-suite rooms are located at the camp and come with a large bed, air, wifi internet, tv, dvd, cable, hot water shower, wardrobe and fridge. Maid service cleans the room 2 times per week. Luxury Garden Bungalows: Located next to training camp. Each bungalow comes with a large bed, air, TV/cable, DVD, wifi internet, hot water shower and a small kitchenette with a sink and fridge. The bungalows also have a beautiful front porch with a nice view of the tropical landscape and coconut grove, and tables and chairs which are great to relax in after a hard training session. The tropical garden bungalows have access to the pool across the street. ![]() Getting ThereThe programme begins in Phuket. You will be picked up at the airport and taken to the camp. It's warm all year round, but the two periods of April-May and September-October are the hottest. The September-October period is also the wettest. The best time to visit Phuket is during the cool NE monsoon season, from November through March. Then it isn't so humid, and the cool breezes keep things comfortable.
