Where else in the world can you learn Mixed Martial Arts along side world champion athletes? Only with the Xtreme Gap Year MMA programme you can! No experience necessary, although you need a reasonable level of fitness. World champions and complete beginners all train at our MMA training camp. No matter what your level of experience is, at our camp you can learn or improve your mixed martial arts skills to an impressive level. Most participants are beginner level, looking to learn how to fight, defend and improve their fitness. One thing is for sure, if you spend your gap year training here you will become a bad ass.

Dates
We recommend you starting on the 1st or 3rd Sunday of the month so you will start in a group. If you would like to start on a different date, that is possible and we could be flexible. The training camp is open all year round.
Solo Travel:
The majority of the people at the camp travel on their own, and there is a superbly positive training athomshere, so do not worry about travelling on your own. You will meet lots of new friends at the camp.
