Itinerary
There is no set Itinerary. But classes are scheduled throughout the day. On arrival you will get an introduction and you learn exactly what the possibilities are and what schedule suits you.
Training Timetable
As you can mix and match different activities to benefit your fitness goals, you can miz your training up. this makes your routine less dogmatic and keeps your muscle groups working in lots of different ways. Here is a structure of the training schedules:
Yoga

Bright an early just as the sun comes up. Monday to Friday 7am to 7.45am
The training is pretty intensive and working out everyday takes a toll on your body. For this reason we include a Yoga option. Monday to Friday sees a one hour session of relaxation and meditation. The Yoga session is beneficial to the flexibility of you joints, tendons, and muscles and helps prevent injury during training.It doesn't matter if you are a novice or experienced in Yoga you can take part. Please note that there is some overlap with the group fitness bootcamp sessions and yoga training meaning you may have to opt for one or the other as you see fit, but this is nice as you can mix it up a bit.
Body Fit Bootcamp
Includes:

Running Monday to Friday 7am to 7.45

Body Fit Monday to Friday 8am to 9am

Body Fit on the beach: once a week we take you out to a different location for a 2 hour session.
Group Weightlifting and gym access

Monday to Saturday 7.30am to 9pm the gym is open

Monday to Friday from 10am to 12 and from 2 pm to 4 pm there are group sessions where you will be guided by a professional weightlifter, you can ask him all you want

Personal training sessions. 4 times a week one hour per session. You discuss the time table for your one on one sessions with your personal trainer.

There are also several other combat classes like Muay Thai, Brasilian Jiujitsu, western boxing and stick and knife fighting you can join. Even when you are a beginner you are more then welcome to join these classes, they are great for your fitness.
